RFI has worked hard for many years to develop an extensive network of global partners from which we source our
ingredients. Each location has unique advantages and ingredients from which we have developed our product portfolio.
Also, within each geographical location we are constantly seeking out quality ingredients and opportunities to
develop them into meaningful and functional entities for our customers.
Our expertise in ingredient development, accompanied by our international positioning, allows us to discreetly
evaluate global opportunities for specific ingredients or opportunities for which our customers have interest.
This approach saves considerable time and expense as our people are familiar with local customs and regulations,
as well as having established networks within each region.
RFI is committed to supplying only the highest quality ingredients. Beginning with the source of the ingredient,
we carefully select our raw materials. Our manufacturing facilities are in full compliance with local and
international government standards. And prior to shipping, each finished ingredient is evaluated by QA/QC in our
New York laboratory to ensure it meets our customer's specifications.
In terms of technical capabilities, RFI has an inhouse applications laboratory, where we have the capability to
perform myriad functions, including full applications research such as functional food and beverage prototypes
and savory bases, as well as a full QA/QC program. Included in our equipment portfolio is:
